Technology built around your business.
We design, engineer and maintain the systems companies run on. Custom software, intelligent automation and scalable digital platforms, shaped to how each business actually operates.
We design solutions around the actual needs of each business, never the other way around. One team carries every system from the first workflow map to the version that ships next year.

Azfer Ali Syed
Founder and Chief Executive OfficerAzfer Ali Syed founded AX Aagile XaaS and leads its strategy, client engagements and AI consulting practice. He qualified as Pakistan's youngest CIMA professional at the age of 20, with three nationwide Gold Medals.
He is a Chartered Management Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant with CIMA UK, a member of CPA Australia, and a USAII Certified AI Consultant. That finance background is the reason engagements here open with the commercial question before the technical one: what the system has to earn, save or prevent, and what it will cost to run once the build is finished.
Every proposal, scope and final handover passes through him personally. Clients speak to the person accountable for the outcome rather than to an account manager.

One connected ecosystem of customized platforms, systems and automation, adapted to how each sector actually operates. Pick a sector and every enquiry link on this page carries it through to us.
Fixed scope build
A defined system, a fixed fee and an agreed date. The right choice when you already know what you need built.
OngoingMonthly retainer
A set number of development days each month for continuous improvement, support and new features as priorities move.
AdvisoryConsulting sprint
Two to four weeks of analysis ending in a written recommendation, with no obligation to build it with us.
We remain involved beyond development so the technology keeps supporting the business, which is the only reason it was bought in the first place.
With a call. We ask what the business does today, where the time goes and what the system has to change. If we are not the right fit for the problem, you will hear that on the same call rather than three weeks later.
It is quoted per project once the scope is clear, because a five screen internal tool and a full ERP rollout are not the same purchase. Fixed scope work carries a fixed fee. Ongoing work is billed monthly. Either way you get a written quote with the assumptions listed before you commit to anything.
You do. Source code, hosting accounts and data belong to the client on final payment, and the documentation is handed over with them. You are never locked into us to keep your own system running.
Yes. We work with businesses in the United States and Australia alongside our Pakistani clients. Calls are scheduled inside your working hours, and the delivery team in Karachi covers the overlap.
Often, yes. We review the code and the data first, then tell you plainly whether continuing it is cheaper than replacing it. Sometimes the honest answer is to keep what you have and fix two things.
A few hours during discovery, then one review session at the end of each build cycle. We do not need your staff to write specifications for us, which is the part that usually stalls projects.
Support continues. Depending on the agreement that is a fixed support window or a monthly retainer, and in both cases you have a named contact and an agreed response time rather than a shared inbox.
Yes, before the first working session if you prefer. Send us yours or ask for ours.
